For instance, I looked over their menu board and ordered a sunday that the menu said cost $4.09. They charged me $4.99. When I challenged this they told me that they just hadn't changed the menus since raising their prices.
??? I think it's certainly unethical if not illegal to advertise a lower price then charge 22% more.
